The Tournament Series Hat is built for performance. Its nylon-based fabric offers a significant upgrade over standard cotton, making it lightweight, breathable, and quick-drying. Unlike traditional cotton hats, the Pro Series resists sweat stains and holds its shape after washing or submersion.
To reduce weight and increase airflow, we laser-cut circular vents into the back and side panels. The result is a hat that fits similarly to the classic Richardson 112 but is significantly lighter—one reason many customers choose it as their go-to.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BILLFISHER AND TEAK?
Both are insanely lightweight fabrics made for extreme heat conditions. Billfisher is a true Performance Fabric focussed on moisture wicking and stain resistance. Our teak fabric on the other hand is optimized for comfort. It's softer than Bamboo and incredibly comfortable but has an athletic fit due to the soft and lightness of the fabric whereas Billfisher has a 'Regular" fit.
Which one should I get?
We recommend starting with fit. If you like a roomier shirt, go with Billfisher. If you don't mind the slight athletic fit and value comfort, go with Teak. If you value stain resistance, choose Billfisher. If you value sun protection, choose Billfisher (has the button snap on the hood.
