RETURNS:

Any item purchased during the Black Friday Sale or Exclusive Holiday Sale that was marked 50% off or more is considered as "All Sales are Final". We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 
 
Due to the latest price surge that we are experiencing from all carriers we are no longer able to provided free returns or exchanges. Should you need to contact our customer service in regards to a current order please do so at Team@Billfish.site.  Please do not send any returns without contacting our team first. We are not responsible for any items that are sent back without initiating a return request with our team first. 

EXCHANGES:

We are more than happy to handle product exchanges for items that were not included in the Black Friday or Holiday Sale. We offer exchanges for size and damaged/defective goods only. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange one product for another at this time. 

We have a few requirements that need to be met in order to exchange/ return any products:

  • Must have tags intact and in original packaging (this includes the original Billfish garment bag) 
  • Must be in new and unworn condition 
  • Returned within 30 days of order confirmation 
  • If an exchange is requested and the items are not received back- you will be charged for any unpaid merchandise 

Non-returnable items:

  • Face masks 
  • Giftcards 
  • Stickers
  • Discontinued / Discounted items 

 REFUNDS:

Once we receive your returned item(s) it will need to follow the above listed guidelines in order to be approved for a refund . Please allow 4-6 business days once the item is received at headquarters to be processed.

If the garment is deemed returnable, we will initiate your refund to your original method of payment. The time frame is depending on your card issuer's policies.

**We reserve the right to offer partial or decline refunds if items are not in the specified condition of our return/exchange requirements. Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. **
