Returns and Exchanges

At Billfish Gear, we strive for more than just customer satisfaction; we aim to create an experience that leaves you thrilled and proud to wear our products. If your purchase hasn’t met these expectations, please give us the opportunity to make it right.

 

We offer free 14-day returns and exchanges on all orders made from billfishgear.com. Items must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and tags. 

We offer three options for returns and exchanges:

  • Exchange for another size or if the item is damaged or defective.
  • Return in exchange for a Gift Card.
  • Return for a refund back to the original payment method. 

Returns will be processed within 4-6 business days of arrival, and an email confirmation will be sent. 

We are not responsible for any items that are sent back without initiating a return request with our team first. 

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Face masks
  • Gift Cards
  • Stickers
  • Discontinued items
  • Items discounted more than 15%

Exchanges are accepted for items discounted more than 15%.

Returns and exchanges of Custom Gear products are not accepted.
