Customer satisfaction doesn’t exist in our vocabulary. Satisfaction is the bare minimum, we want you to be excited and in awe of our products. If that is not the case, we insist you return the product and let us know how we can make it up to you and improve!
We are more than happy to handle any product exchanges, size exchanges are effortless and easy thanks to our great customer service teams.
We have a few requirements that need to be met to be able to exchange a product:
- Must have tags and in original packaging
- Must be in new condition and unworn
- Returned within 30 days of order confirmation
- If returning- items must be received back to us within 14 days of the return being initiated.
- Face masks are not returnable or exchangeable
- If an exchange is requested and the items are not received back- you will be charged for any unpaid merchandise
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Once we receive the product we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
We cover the return shipping cost.
