At Billfish Gear, our commitment extends beyond customer satisfaction; we aim to provide an exceptional experience that leaves you proud to wear our products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please allow us the opportunity to address your concerns.
We offer complimentary 14-day returns and exchanges on all orders placed through billfishgear.com. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact.
Our return and exchange options include:
- An exchange for a different size or if the item is damaged or defective.
- A return in exchange for a Gift Card.
- A full refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following policies regarding discounts:
- Exchanges are permitted for orders with discounts of up to 30%.
- For orders with discounts exceeding 30%, exchanges are still available; however, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Orders with discounts over 15% are not eligible for returns, though exchanges remain available.
Returns are processed within 4-6 business days of receipt, and a confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for items sent back without prior initiation of a return request with our team.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items include:
- Face masks
- Gift cards
- Stickers
- Discontinued or heavily discounted items
