Does Color matter more than shape?

Garret says that the color is more important than the head of your lure reason behind this is that if you match the color to the bait that the fish are eating at that moment you increase the chance of getting a bite than that your lure gets ignored because it doesn't look like the current bait the fish are feeding on.
